Batch 13 of the always popular Glenallachie 10 Year Old Cask Strength. Crafted by Master Distiller Billy Walker, it's a small batch whisky that's a full flavoured combination of Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks, as well as red wine and virgin oak casks. It's presented at natural colour and non-chill filtered.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose – Mocha, crystalised ginger and cinnamon, followed by mānuka honey and muscovado sugar, with treacle and maraschino cherries.

Taste – Cocoa, salted caramel and warmed honey, followed by baking spices, blood orange and molasses tart, with glazed blackberries and fig syrup on the finish.
