Master Distiller Billy Walker has been developing this expression since the company acquired the distillery in 2017, and the result showcases some of the best sherry matured stock Glenallachie has to offer.

Official Tasting Notes

Dark cherries, golden syrup and sweet spices to the fore, with hints of toffee, glazed figs and hazelnuts. Our heather honey hallmark, alongside orange peel, cocoa and ginger, with caramelised brown sugar on the finish.
