Win this 1986 Yamaha RD500 LC V4 YPVS + £1000

A rare opportunity to own a true two-stroke icon: the 1986 Yamaha RD500 LC V4 YPVS, a matching 1GE and UK-supplied machine from new. GP inspired and instantly recognisable, the RD500 remains one of the most desirable performance classics of the 1980s—and this example is in truly remarkable shape for a now 40-year-old machine.

Benefitting from being very recently fully recommissioned and end-to-end serviced, it’s properly ready for the summer season. It starts, runs, and rides exactly as it should, with no known issues to report, making it the sort of RD500 you can actually enjoy rather than just admire in the garage.
