The RD400 needs very little introduction. Fast, lightweight, great fun to ride and unmistakably Yamaha, these bikes earned a huge following in the late 1970s and remain incredibly desirable amongst classic Japanese motorcycle enthusiasts today.

The RD400F was the final evolution of Yamaha’s air-cooled RD400, arriving just before the famous liquid-cooled LC generation took over. Powered by Yamaha’s 389cc air-cooled two-stroke parallel twin and coupled to a six-speed gearbox, it delivers exactly the sort of character that made the RD name legendary.

Finished in the stunning red and white colour scheme, this is a proper piece of late-70s motorcycling nostalgia. From the unmistakable two-stroke soundtrack to the classic Yamaha styling, it's the sort of motorcycle that instantly takes you back to an era when lightweight two-strokes ruled the roads.

Whether you owned an RD back in the day, always wanted one, or simply appreciate iconic Japanese two-strokes, the RD400F deserves a place in any serious classic motorcycle collection.

And now, one lucky winner could have this one sitting in their garage!
