Competition DetailsHow The Grand Lucky Dip works:

Find the £1,000 hidden in The Grand Lucky Dip. There are 20 instant cash prizes to discover, with tickets priced at £3.75 and a maximum of 1,500 entries.

When your online order is successfully processed, your randomly allocated ticket numbers are checked automatically and any instant wins are revealed.

All 20 instant prizes are available from launch, including the £1,000 headline prize. Check the Instant Win Prizes section throughout the competition to see which prizes remain.

Two chances to win

Each valid ticket gives you a chance to uncover an instant cash prize and a place in the separate £250 live cash draw.

An instant-winning ticket stays eligible for the end draw, so it could win again.

Closing date and live draw:

Entries close at 8:30pm on Sunday 4 October 2026. We’ll select the £250 end-draw winner live on our Facebook page at 9pm that evening. All times are UK time.

We’ll also notify the winner through the email address on their Heaven Collective account.

The £250 end prize is guaranteed regardless of ticket sales, provided there are valid entries. Instant prizes on ticket numbers left unallocated at closing are not awarded.

Cash-prize payments:

We’ll email cash winners using their registered account address to arrange payment. Once contacted, winners will be asked for their account holder name, sort code and account number for a bank transfer. Please wait for us to contact you before providing these details.

We aim to send payments immediately after receiving and verifying the necessary information. Please allow up to 12 hours.

You will never need to pay to receive a prize or provide your online banking password, card PIN, full card number, security code or one-time passcode.
