£800 is a maximum prize value and is NOT an £800 cash prize or guaranteed £800 spend. Where the applicable flights and accommodation cost less than £800, the winner will not receive the unused difference in cash, credit or another prize.

WHAT EACH HOLIDAY INCLUDES

Each holiday prize is for two people and consists of:

Return economy flights for two people
• A 2-night stay for two people in a 4-star hotel
• A total combined prize value of up to £800

All bookings are subject to availability and the £800 maximum prize value.

Holiday winners may choose, where applicable, from:

Ibiza, Kraków, Benidorm, Albufeira, Budapest, Rome or Prague.

The chosen destination, hotel, flights and requested dates remain subject to availability and the £800 prize cap.

TRAVEL DATES

Winners may request their preferred travel dates; however, specific dates, flights, airports, hotels or flight times are not guaranteed.

Availability and pricing can vary significantly, particularly during school holidays, bank holidays, weekends, major events and peak travel periods.

COSTS ABOVE £800

If a winner requests travel arrangements that take the total booking above £800, ANY AMOUNT ABOVE £800 MUST BE PAID BY THE WINNER before the booking is confirmed.

This may include, but is not limited to:

Peak-season supplements

• Flight or hotel upgrades
• Additional nights
• Checked baggage or additional baggage
• Airport transfers
• Resort/city taxes or fees where not included
• Meals and spending money
• Excursions and activities
• Any other personal expenses

Unless expressly confirmed by Saxon Competitions as part of the booking, these additional costs are not included in the prize.

DEPARTURE AIRPORT

Departure airports are subject to route availability, travel dates and the £800 maximum prize value. A winner’s preferred UK departure airport cannot be guaranteed.

BOOKING

Holiday bookings will be arranged by Saxon Competitions and/or an approved travel provider/partner.

Winners should not book their own holiday and request reimbursement unless Saxon Competitions has expressly agreed to this in writing beforehand.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & INSURANCE

The winner and their guest are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary:

Valid passports
• Visas/entry permissions where required
• Travel insurance
• Health requirements or vaccinations where applicable
• Any other documentation required to travel

Saxon Competitions is not responsible where a winner or guest is unable to travel because they do not meet the relevant travel or entry requirements.

Holiday prizes are not automatically exchangeable for £800 cash. The prize is the holiday described above, subject to these terms.

CLAIMING A PRIZE

Winners must respond and claim their prize within 30 days of being notified, unless Saxon Competitions specifies otherwise.

Failure to claim within the stated period may result in the prize being forfeited and, where applicable, another winner being selected in accordance with the competition rules.
