A beautifully rich and increasingly collectible Macallan from the acclaimed 1824 Series, created to showcase the natural colour and unmistakable sherry-driven character of The Macallan.
Sienna takes its name from the whisky’s deep, warm natural hue and sits toward the richer end of the original 1824 Series. Matured in carefully selected oak casks, this expression delivers the classic combination of dried fruit, citrus, spice and elegant oak that Macallan collectors know so well. The Macallan confirms that Sienna was released with 100% natural colour as part of the 1824 Series.
Bottled at 43% ABV, expect aromas of vanilla, orange, fresh green apple, white chocolate and oak, followed by a rich palate of dates, figs and raisins, warming nutmeg and ginger, citrus and smooth vanilla. The finish is gentle, warming and beautifully balanced.
Now a discontinued expression from the original 1824 lineup, Macallan Sienna has become a seriously desirable bottle for fans of older Macallan releases and collectors looking for something a little harder to find.
