Here’s one for the serious Lambretta fans.
Originally leaving the factory as an Italian Lambretta GP 125, this stunning 1970 scooter has since undergone a comprehensive ground-up rebuild by K2 Customs, transforming it into the machine you see today.
Finished in striking Orbit Orange, virtually every aspect of the scooter was addressed during the rebuild. The frame was fully stripped and refinished, with new nuts, bolts, cables, wiring, brakes and numerous other components fitted throughout.
But the real excitement sits underneath those panels.
The original 125cc setup has made way for an Imola Ultimate 186, paired with a 5-speed gearbox, 30mm Dell'Orto PHBH carburettor and Chiselspeed exhaust. The engine was fully rebuilt by K2 with new bearings and seals, giving this classic GP considerably more performance than its original specification.
Since completion, the scooter has covered only approximately 1,000 miles.
The build also has some fantastic individual touches. K2 created a number of bespoke parts, while the scooter carries Bertone-inspired custom badging and detailing, giving it a distinctive appearance without losing the unmistakable GP silhouette.

The Imola 186 and 5-speed gearbox are a particularly appealing combination for anyone who actually wants to get out and ride their scooter, while the upgraded suspension, brakes, carburettor and exhaust complete a very impressive package.
Then there's the way it looks. The vivid Orbit Orange paintwork, black detailing, custom Bertone-inspired touches and beautifully presented engine area make this a GP that's going to stand out at rallies, shows and ride-outs.
With a huge amount of work and quality components already invested into the build, recreating something to this standard from a standard GP would be a serious undertaking.
