The final release in Highland Park’s Viking Legend trilogy and one of the boldest Highland Park expressions ever released.

Valfather was created using a higher proportion of heavily peated malt and was described as Highland Park’s peatiest whisky to date. Matured entirely in refill casks and bottled at 47% ABV, expect crisp apple, sweet pear, creamy vanilla, crème brûlée and toasted cedar, followed by warming spice and aromatic Orcadian peat smoke.
