Description

The Giro Insurgent™ Spherical is a high-performance full-face helmet designed to deliver the premium protection and comfort demanded by top gravity riders. Built to handle everything from the Enduro World Series to Red Bull Rampage, it combines a highly optimized ventilation layout with superior impact management. Despite incorporating advanced safety features like a lightweight pre-preg fiberglass shell and progressive foam layering, it remains remarkably light—weighing in at just 1,040 grams (size M/L).

Key Features

Spherical Technology™ Powered by Mips®: Features a unique ball-and-socket design that utilizes two independent layers of different density foam (EPS and EPP) that rotate during a crash to help redirect impact forces away from the brain.

Advanced Channeled Cooling: Engineered with highly efficient front intake vents and a complex rear Wind Tunnel exhaust system, making its cooling performance 50% more efficient than its predecessor.

Patent-Pending Flex Gasket: The lower edge of the helmet includes a flexible zone specifically mapped to help reduce potential collarbone impacts during an emergency.
