This Nighthawk combines a mahogany body with a striking AAA quilted maple veneer and a versatile H-S-H pickup configuration that gives it a surprisingly broad tonal range. The slanted NHT humbucker at the bridge delivers plenty of punch, the NSX middle pickup brings in classic single-coil clarity, while the NHR mini-humbucker at the neck adds a warmer, more focused voice. With coil-tapping and a five-way selector, there’s a huge amount of tonal flexibility here, making this a particularly interesting guitar for anyone who enjoys something outside the usual Gibson and Epiphone designs.
