DALMORE 2007 VINTAGE

Description

THE DALMORE 2007 VINTAGE

A seriously elegant Highland single malt from The Dalmore’s Vintage Collection, showcasing whisky distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2022 after 15 years of maturation.

Initially matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, the whisky was then transferred into a selection of exceptional casks including Matusalem, Apostoles and Amoroso Sherry casks alongside Marsala wine casks, creating layers of rich fruit, sweetness and spice. Bottled at a generous 46.5% ABV, this is a much bolder Dalmore than many of the distillery’s core releases.

Expect rich aromas of heather honey, citrus blossom, milk chocolate, raisins and muscovado sugar, followed by silky layers of candied orange, sultanas, chocolate-coated raisins, green apple, toffee and warming spice.

Selected from a very small number of casks, this vintage release combines Dalmore’s unmistakably luxurious style with an impressive maturation programme and beautifully rich Highland character.
