This Daftmill Cask Strength 2010 Release (2021) was created exclusively for members of the Unofficial Daftmill Facebook Group, showcasing the distillery’s traditional approach and dedication to small-batch whisky making.
Distilled in 2010 and bottled at 59.5% ABV cask strength, this exceptional release was matured in just five bourbon barrels — 046/2010, 047/2010, 050/2010, 051/2010 and 056/2010 — creating an incredibly limited expression for collectors.
Expect layers of sweet vanilla, orchard fruits, creamy malt, citrus, oak spice and rich cask influence, with the intensity and complexity that only a true cask strength bottling can deliver.
