Nose: Intentionally variable — the hidden whisky may be fruity, sherried, smoky, coastal or oak-led.
Palate: The concealed distillery and cask determine the flavour, with every bottle presented at 46.3% ABV.
Finish: A genuine surprise that could range from sweet fruit and spice to peat, brine and mature oak.
