ABOUT THE BOTTLE
A fully sherry-matured Lindores Abbey single malt combining Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez, Amontillado and Palo Cortado casks at 47.2% ABV.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Sweet treacle, red apple, vanilla custard, raisins and cinnamon.
Palate: Molasses and dark fruit with chocolate-covered raisins, nutty macaroon, toffee, pecan and warming spice.
Finish: Long and creamy, with lingering nutmeg and cinnamon.
