ABOUT THE BOTTLE
A gift set pairing two nosing glasses with Raasay’s lightly peated signature malt, which marries peated and unpeated spirit matured in rye-whiskey, Chinkapin-oak and Bordeaux-wine casks.

TASTING NOTES
Nose: Baked plum, red apple and cherry with dry wood smoke, earthy vanilla and flint.
Palate: A mineral edge with crisp peat smoke, dark caramel, biscuit malt, creamy oak and peppered barley.
Finish: Subtle smoke cushioned by salted nuts, chewy butterscotch and sweet oak char.
