ABOUT THE BOTTLE
A six-year-old Edradour distilled in 2020 and matured in first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogsheads. Signatory bottled it at 57.1% ABV for an anniversary release celebrating Andrew Symington’s 40 years in whisky.

TASTING NOTES
Nose: Dates and raisins mingle with dark cherries, chocolate and treacle, lifted by orange peel.
Palate: Fig syrup and fruitcake with dark chocolate, caramel, roasted nuts, sweet malt and warming spice.
Finish: Dried fruit, cocoa and treacle linger alongside sweet oak and spice.
