A 16-year-old Dailuaine distilled in 2007 and matured in cask 149, an ex-Ardbeg sherry butt, bottled at 57.1% ABV.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Bright apple, dark berries and soft vanilla beneath a light veil of smoke.
Palate: Robust malt and sherry fruit with firm oak, savoury spice and smoke.
Finish: Dry and lingering, with woody spice and gentle smoke.
