ABOUT THE BOTTLE
A limited 46% ABV lightly peated Highland malt matured in rare Canadian ice-wine and Spanish Verdejo casks, combining sweetness, citrus freshness and gentle smoke.

TASTING NOTES
Nose: Baked apple, poached pear and apricot jam with candied peach, citrus zest, almond pastry and soft heather smoke.
Palate: Honeycomb, peach and pineapple syrup brighten into marmalade, lime zest and green grape over a light earthy smoke.
Finish: Sweet wine and fruit fade into smoky honey, citrus peel and soft oak spice.
