ABOUT THE BOTTLE
An 18-year-old Highland single malt matured in refill wood and hogsheads, then finished in first-fill Sangiovese casks from Tuscany’s Valdarno di Sopra.

TASTING NOTES
Nose: Ripe cherry, red plum, candied orange, honeyed fig, violet, clove and vanilla.
Palate: Fruit compote, dark chocolate, clove, roasted hazelnut and heather honey.
Finish: Gentle spice, oak and cherry liqueur; long, fruity and elegant.
