1992 Rover Mini with 1960’s Cooper/Rally Styling. This very attractive mini has been extremely well put together and as a result is very pleasing to look at and drive. It started life as a quality 998 Mini Mayfair which that was is in nice original condition that was lightly restored and re painted in Tartan red. He's also had the Mk1 front bonnet & grill conversion, Mk1 rear light conversion, MK1 boot lid and swinging rear number plate. bumpers with overriders, Lucus driving light (I do have the 3rd of you want it fitted) and headlight guards. All the stickers are magnetic and can be removed.




The engine is to Cooper Spec with a 12G295 cylinder head (unleaded) with twin valve springs, twin 1.25 SU carburettors with rare period airbox and a 3 branch manifold with RC 40 exhaust. Recently rolling road set up and made an impressive 57.7 bhp! The brakes have been upgraded to 7.5 inch Cooper S discs which with the more modern servo work very well. Lovely 10 inch Minilite alloy wheels wrapped in Yokohama A008 tyres. Bilstein shock absorbers with Hi Low height adjustment take care of all the handling needs.




The interior has period correct seats, matching door cards and the classic oval clocks which have been re-calibrated to give an accurate speed reading. Additional rally style panels have been fitted with extra clocks, a map reading light and a 12 volt socket.




Comes with a thick history file with the original cars history plus a large amount of receipts showing the parts fitted and professional services used to create the car.




He also come with a period number plate which finishes off the look. Monte is a Richard Williams prepared Mini.
