1980 modified Mini clubman estate. These always go down well!

Body:

Recently finished complete rebuild, many many new parts fitted. Shell was completely stripped, new A panels, inner and outer sill, floor repair, drivers door step repair, new door skins front and rear, new rear valance, window frame repairs, new heritage bonnet etc etc. Then completely sanded back, underside stone chipped. Interior and exterior full respray in old English white.

Engine:

1330cc, fully stripped and inspected, new head gasket and all other gaskets replaced. Gearbox fully stripped and rebuilt, replacing any worn components where required. 

3.1 diff fitted

Swift tune SW5 camshaft,

1.5 roller tip rockers,

Lightened flywheel

Hif44 carb

All serviceable parts are new, fuel pump, plugs, leads, dizzy cap, coil etc.

Brand new inlet manifold and complete exhaust system, LCB manifold with single box RC40 setup that sounds perfect.

All suspension components fully stripped, cleaned and repainted, replacing all bushes/ joints etc at the same time. Brand new 1.5 fixed negative camber brackets on front, new tie bars. New rear camber/ toe adjustable brackets on the rear. New Hi Lows all round, new KYB gas-a-just shocks all round.

Complete braking system replaced with new, all pipes, hoses, shoes, cylinders, cables, calipers, master cylinder etc etc.

Brand new fuel tank, fuel level sensor, pipes and hoses.

Brand new 10x6 JBW mamba wheels with new Yokohama a008 tyres.

Interior:

Front seats from Mk1 Mazda MX5 on extended sliding rails, Interior trims all blacked out including head lining. Brand new complete black carpet set. Suede steering wheel & extra rev counter. All rubber seals new, doors, windows, window channels etc.
